The Future of Transport for London

Public Transport  Web  B2C

I worked with TfL’s in-house team as a Product Designer to reimagine their global web experience from the ground up. By redesigning core tools like the Journey Planner and leveraging data for personalisation, we created a smarter, more seamless platform that gave users access to the information they needed, exactly when they needed it. Beyond usability, the new experience supported TfL’s wider objectives—encouraging behaviour change, promoting active travel, and providing actionable, personalised alternatives during disruptions.

Transport for London Design System

Public Transport  Deisgn System  B2C

I helped develop TfL’s living design system, creating a unified, inclusive framework for all future digital products. It allowed teams to efficiently create, update, and maintain products while ensuring usability, accessibility, and brand consistency. The system also supported key user goals—helping people make decisions, explore London, resolve issues, and navigate the transport network confidently—while honoring TfL’s heritage and design principles.
